I'm making a game exactly like Homewold. The engine is almost complete and I really just need good models. The game is Breaking Space and it only copy's the game play style and idea behind Homeworld. If you want to know more about the game it's on my profile, well some of it.... Story's complete and I plan to upload it soon. Anyway that's why I want theses engines so bad.
In homeword, there wren't any engine modeling at all, they are just textures. If you are making a game this this model isn't for you because the high polygon counts. I carved out the texture features that's why.
Good point but for the cutscenes I WAS going to use high ploy models. I wanted to take a colored 3D approach instead of the 2D grey scale like that in HW1. As for the model itself I do see what you mean. I was really just particularly interested in the fusion drives themselves as seen in the other frame.
